Organizations & Teams
Your workspace is one business in Signal Sparrow — it holds that business's tracking, Stripe connection, destinations, and all its data. Everyone you invite to a workspace sees the same numbers.

Inviting teammates
To add someone, go to Settings → Team and invite them by email. They'll get a link to accept and set up their login. When you invite someone, you choose their role, which controls what they can see and do.
Seats
Each plan includes a set number of seats (teammates), shared across all the workspaces in your account — a teammate who belongs to several of your workspaces uses just one seat. If you reach your limit, you can upgrade for more room. Removing a teammate frees their seat again.
Switching workspaces
Some people belong to more than one workspace — for example, an agency managing several clients, or a consultant with their own workspace plus a client's. You can switch between workspaces from the sidebar without logging out; each one keeps its own data completely separate.
Everyone in a workspace works from the same reconciled data. There's no "my numbers vs your numbers" — the whole team sees the figures that match Stripe.
