Signal Sparrow uses simple, public pricing — no sales call required. You start with a free trial and stay month-to-month.

New accounts begin with a 7-day free trial, so you can connect Stripe, see your first reconciled attribution, and decide before you pay anything.
The plans
There are three plans — Starter, Growth, and Scale. They step up along the same lines:

How usage is measured
Plans are metered by tracked events — the visits and interactions your SDK records each month. Each plan includes a monthly events allowance, along with a number of seats (teammates) and workspaces.
If you run several businesses, everything is shared at the account level: one subscription covers all your workspaces, seats are pooled (a teammate in several workspaces uses one seat), and the events allowance covers all workspaces together. Need more workspaces than your plan includes? Add extra workspace slots to your subscription for a small monthly fee each — see Workspaces.
If you approach your monthly events allowance, Signal Sparrow notifies you at 90% and again at 100% and recommends the next plan — but it won't throttle or drop your data. You stay fully live; you just upgrade when it's time.
Managing your subscription
The Owner manages billing under Settings → Billing. From there you can upgrade or downgrade, update your payment method, and view invoices. Changes like upgrades take effect right away; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.
If you have multiple workspaces, billing always lives in your primary workspace — the other workspaces show a read-only view that points you there.
