Billing & Plans
Signal Sparrow uses simple, public pricing — no sales call required. You start with a free trial and stay month-to-month.
Free, or a free trial
Free is a real plan, not a countdown. Every workspace starts there — no card, no trial clock — and you can stay on it indefinitely. It carries a smaller monthly events allowance and a shorter data-retention window, but nothing about it expires.
If you'd rather try a paid tier first, choosing one from the pricing page starts a 14-day trial of that plan with no card required. When the trial ends without a subscription, the workspace drops back to Free — your data is kept and nothing is deleted.
The plans
There are four plans. Free is the floor; the three paid tiers step up along the same lines:

Every attribution model is available on every plan, including Free — attribution modelling is the product, not an upsell. Cohorts & LTV is the one paid-only feature.

How usage is measured
Plans are metered by tracked events — the visits and interactions your SDK records each month. Each plan includes a monthly events allowance, along with a number of seats (teammates) and workspaces.
If you run several businesses, everything is shared at the account level: one subscription covers all your workspaces, seats are pooled (a teammate in several workspaces uses one seat), and the events allowance covers all workspaces together. Need more workspaces than your plan includes? Add extra workspace slots to your subscription for a small monthly fee each — see Workspaces.
You're warned as you approach it, and what happens next depends on your plan:
- Paid plans keep running. Events past the allowance are billed as overage, so nothing is dropped. You can set an optional monthly spending cap on Settings → Billing — ingestion pauses once that cap is reached rather than billing further.
- Free pauses at 100%. With no overage to bill, ingestion stops until the allowance resets at the start of the next month. Your existing data stays exactly as it is.
Either way your reports keep working; it is only new incoming events that are affected.
Managing your subscription
The Owner manages billing under Settings → Billing & usage. From there you can upgrade or downgrade, update your payment method, and view invoices. Changes like upgrades take effect right away; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.
If you have multiple workspaces, billing always lives in your primary workspace — the other workspaces show a read-only view that points you there.
